1. Who we are

Only Known Callers ("the App") is provided by Mega Labs:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. License

Mega Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

• Premium features are offered via an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), with an introductory free trial.
• Price — the current price is shown in the App and on Google Play before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by country and change over time; any change is communicated and applied as required by law.
• Free trial — if offered, premium features are available during the trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, access continues only if you subscribe.
• Billing — subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play; charges are applied to your Google account at confirmation and at each renewal.
• Auto-renewal — a subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage / cancel — at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends.
• Refunds — handled by Google Play under its policies; Mega Labs does not process refunds directly. When premium access ends, the App reverts to its free (inactive) state.

5. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription or free trial you request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that, once it is fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal for that period. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content.

6. What the App Does — and Does Not — Do

• The App screens incoming calls on your device according to the mode and lists you choose. It is a best-effort tool; we do not guarantee that every unwanted call will be blocked, or that every desired call will ring, due to factors outside our control (carrier behaviour, OS or device-manufacturer software, withheld numbers, etc.).
• Emergency calls and emergency callbacks are never blocked.
• The App does not block messages (SMS) or app-based (VoIP) calls such as WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for the numbers and contacts you choose to allow or block.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; create derivative works from it; use it for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent its security or access controls.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block any particular call.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mega Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed, blocked, or unscreened calls. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and the courts of Messina have jurisdiction — without depriving you, as a consumer, of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
